Overview: The eSchool News SPIN TO WIN Giveaway (The Giveaway) is an opportunity for educators to enter a weekly drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card and the grand prize drawing for an Apple iPad.
How to Enter: Educators can enter The Giveaway once per day from June 25 through July 28, 2023 by confirming their name and valid work email address and clicking the SPIN TO WIN button – located in The Giveaway pop-up window on eSchoolNews.com. Participants will earn 1, 5, or 10 entries into The Giveaway each time they spin. All daily entries into The Giveaway count towards that week’s gift card giveaway and into the grand prize Apple iPad drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter The Giveaway. eSchool News privacy policy applies. All participants agree to receive the eSchool News Innovations in K-12 Education newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time.
Time Period: The Giveaway entry period begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 25, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 28, 2023. The weekly drawings take place from July 3 to July 31, 2023. The grand prize drawing will take place on or before August 14, 2023.
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada who are employed full- or part-time in K-12 education and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry into The Giveaway. All entrants must have a valid work email address at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of eSchool Media (the “Sponsor”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. By entering, you represent that you have read these rules and all applicable website policies and terms of use, and that you agree to abide by and be bound by all of them. All federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply.
Winner Selection/Prizes: The Sponsor will randomly draw one weekly winner from the week’s entries into The Giveaway. Each weekly winner will receive a $50 Amazon e-gift card via email. At the end of The Giveaway period, The Sponsor will randomly draw one winner for the grand prize Apple iPad from all the daily entries.
Winner Notification/Prize Claim: All winners will be notified by email using the email address provided in the entry. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited. To receive the full list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: eSchool News SPIN TO WIN Giveaway, 9711 Washingtonian Boulevard, Suite 550, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 by August 31, 2023.

By entering or accepting a prize, Entrants agree that The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions/Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by The Sponsor for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of Entries.
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees that The Sponsor may use his/her first name and last name, without limitation, for promotional, advertising, or reporting purposes in all media worldwide, now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, consideration or payment, except where prohibited by law.
